Love Jackpot. What a gorgeous kitty. Cats don't subscribe because they're, you know, Cats! Also love the lemon zest hint. Thank you and success to you.

First dinner of next week’s meal plan is DONE! Also I’m curious what do you think of powdered lemon zest? Yan bought it and I keep using it bc I feel “tired” or “exhausted” or “like the crypt-keeper” at dinner-cooking time.

Thank you, Barb! And thanks from Jackpot! He loves a compliment, too.

Great! Let me know what you think :)

I’ve actually never used powdered lemon zest, so can’t give an educated opinion… I’ve been super into these pita chips at the farmers market with a homemade lemon pepper on them, though… so if it’s a high-quality sort of dried lemon zest, could be interesting?!

I have made this twice, both times to rave reviews. It is a fantastic recipe and dish--such a great combo of textures and beautifully balanced flavors!
